These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Chef 360 Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms. 

Chef 360 Ltd is a UK-based retailer and wholesaler of cream chargers, nitrous oxide (N2O) canisters, and catering supplies. All products are sold exclusively for lawful culinary, catering, or trade use. We strictly prohibit the misuse, inhalation, or recreational consumption of nitrous oxide or related products. 

By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, are the named purchaser, and are purchasing for legitimate culinary or catering purposes only. It is a criminal offence to sell or supply nitrous oxide to anyone under 18 years of age or for misuse. We reserve the right to request proof of age or business identity before fulfilling any order and to cancel orders where verification is incomplete.

Chef 360 Ltd complies with all UK laws relating to the sale, storage, and use of nitrous oxide, including but not limited to the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016, Medicines Act 1968, Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 & Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001, Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted both our Nitrous Oxide Legal Disclaimer and our N2O Policy. 

All products supplied by Chef 360 Ltd must be used strictly in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and the N2O Policy. You agree not to misuse or facilitate misuse of nitrous oxide, not to supply to minors, and to store products securely. Chef 360 Ltd assumes no liability for misuse or negligence. 

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms. All goods must be paid for in full upon inspection, and delivery or collection will only occur once cleared funds are received in our bank account. Ownership remains with Chef 360 Ltd until full payment is received. 

We deliver within the UK and to select international locations. Orders will only be shipped after full cleared payment is received. Delivery times are estimates only. Chef 360 Ltd is not liable for third-party courier delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details. 

Our Returns Policy governs all returns, exchanges, and refund procedures and forms part of these Terms. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for return within 14 days. Returns of used or opened nitrous oxide products cannot be accepted. 

Chef 360 Ltd enforces responsible sales limits in line with UK retail guidance: Non-business customers may not purchase more than 1,920 grams of nitrous oxide within any 30-day period. We monitor orders and may refuse supply or report suspicious activity to law enforcement. 

Chef 360 Ltd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any customer found, or reasonably suspected, to have misused nitrous oxide or supplied it to minors. We may report such activities to relevant authorities. 

We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. Your data is collected, processed, and stored solely for legitimate business purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details. 

Chef 360 Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from failure to follow the Terms, the N■O Policy, or the Legal Disclaimer. You agree to indemnify Chef 360 Ltd against any claims arising from misuse or unlawful distribution of our products. 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms, the N2O Policy, the Disclaimer, or the Returns Policy at any time. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any revisions.
