1. Legal Age and Identity Confirmation

By purchasing from Chef 360, you confirm that:

You are the named purchaser and are 18 years of age or older.
You are making the purchase for legitimate culinary or catering purposes only.

2. Health & Safety Awareness

You understand that inhalation of nitrous oxide is dangerous and may cause serious health issues, including asphyxiation or death.

Chef 360’s nitrous oxide products are strictly intended for food preparation and infusion use only.

3. Responsible Use & Supply

You agree not to misuse nitrous oxide products in any way.
You will not supply or make available these products to any person for the purpose of inhalation or misuse.
You will not supply nitrous oxide to anyone under 18 years of age.

4. Compliance with UK Law

You acknowledge that under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001:

It is a criminal offence to possess, supply, or offer to supply nitrous oxide for the purpose of wrongful inhalation.
Offences can carry penalties of up to 14 years imprisonment and/or an unlimited fine.
You further agree to comply with all applicable provisions of the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016, ensuring these goods are never supplied or used for psychoactive purposes.

5. Supplier Responsibilities

You agree to take all reasonable and practical measures to ensure:

That anyone or any business you supply will also comply with the above legislation.
The products are stored securely, away from minors or individuals likely to misuse them.
The goods are used strictly in accordance with manufacturer instructions and only with certified whipped cream dispensers or infusion devices.
No advertising, labelling, or promotional material shall imply or encourage misuse.

6. Transport & Storage

Nitrous oxide cylinders contain compressed gas and must not be carried on aircraft or exposed to temperatures above 50 °C.
Cylinders should always be transported upright, handled carefully, and stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.

7. Prohibited Activities

You confirm that:

You will never heat a cylinder or pierce it with anything other than a certified dispenser or regulator.
You will never re-fill, modify, or tamper with a cylinder or valve.
You will not resell or distribute the product in any form that may facilitate recreational misuse.

8. Purchase Limits (Non-Business Customers)

Non-business customers are not permitted to purchase more than 1920 grams of nitrous oxide within any 30-day period, in accordance with current UK retail guidance.

9. Termination of Supply

Chef 360 reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any purchaser found, or reasonably suspected, to have:

Misused nitrous oxide products;
Supplied them to others for misuse; or
Supplied to persons under 18 years of age.
In such cases, Chef 360 may report the matter to relevant authorities, including law enforcement.

10. Agreement & Acceptance

By purchasing from Chef 360, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions of Sale & Use.

You acknowledge that any breach of these terms may result in termination of supply and may have legal consequences under UK law.
