At Chef 360 Ltd, we strive to provide the best customer experience and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your order, we offer the following returns policy in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. 

• Unused Products: You may return products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
• Damaged or Faulty Products: If your products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will gladly offer a refund or replacement.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for used cream chargers or any other products that have been opened, tampered with, or used. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened or used. 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Within 14 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at admin@chef360.co.uk or call us at +44 (0)123 456 789. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for returning the items. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.
3. Return Shipping: Carefully package the items in their original packaging to prevent any damage during the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the products arrive safely.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Partial Refunds: If the returned item is opened, used, or damaged, we may issue a partial refund, depending on the condition of the product.

• If you'd like to exchange a product for the same item or a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. We cannot guarantee the availability of products until the return is processed. 

In line with Meta's advertising policies, we ensure transparency and fairness in our returns process. Our goal is to provide accurate information about our products, including their intended use, age restrictions, and safety precautions. We do not promote or accept returns on items that have been misused, abused, or intended for purposes other than their legal and safe use.

By purchasing from Chef 360 Ltd, you agree to follow all product usage instructions and local regulations. We reserve the right to deny returns on products that have been misused, damaged, or used contrary to the intended purpose.

In accordance with UK law, your statutory rights remain unaffected by this returns policy. You are entitled to request a return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the products are unused and unopened.
